End of life care

Dr Khare Medical Practice is committed to providing high quality end of life care. The Practice follows the Daffodil Standard set out by the Royal College of General Practitioners and works with our Community Nurses, Rapid Response, Community Matrons and St Giles Hospice, to enable patients with any terminal condition, not just cancer, to be cared for in a place of their choosing.
